Here’s the deal...

WHEN - WHERE - WHY:

The 4th Annual CONSTRUCTOR Craft Fair

will take place this year on July 9, 2011, from 10am-6pm

at Fitzgerald’s in sunny Berwyn, Illinois.

QUICK DETAILS:

We have over 40 booths available and all spaces are either indoors or covered outdoors. Because we have very few spaces we are super careful selecting vendors so that we have the best mix of crafters at our fair.

   
    •    Application fee is $100-  and includes an 8'x 4' booth, bag o'swag, and 2 drink tickets. You supply your own table and chairs, if you need one just let us know and we’ll help you out.  We will have tables available to rent...chairs are free.

    •    Double booths are not permitted due to the small number of vendors we are able to accommodate and the waiting list to get in.

    •    Shared booths are permitted but please use only one application with both names.

    •    All applications must be received with pictures of your craft and the application fee by midnight May 10, 2011, to be considered for acceptance into the fair. 

    •    Applications will be accepted April 25 -May 10, 2011

    •    You will be notified via email by May 15th, 2011, regarding acceptance.  If you are not accepted you will be fully refunded. 

    •    Fee is fully refundable for cancelations made by May 9, 2011. 

I’M TOTALLY IN...NOW WHAT?
Complete an application and submit by the deadline - MAY 10, 2011.
Once you are accepted....

We link your mini bio/description and website and it stays there until  Constructor 2012 is announced.

You'll receive up to date details as they roll in...load in/out...parking, etc.
       We will promote the dickens out of you.
